Leah Alsibaa is the owner and director of JustJump!, known for her meticulous attention to detail and forward-thinking approach, she possesses the skills to lead the business to its desired position. Prior to her current role, Leah served as a Restaurant Manager and then transitioned into science education, accumulating 15 years of experience in SETX. Presently, she holds the position of Biology professor at Lamar State College Port Arthur, where she also fulfills the roles of Laboratory Coordinator and Quality Enhancement Coordinator. Through her career, she gained expertise in various aspects of business operations such as filing, tax accounting, advertising, purchasing, website management, employee payroll, and general management. Additionally, by establishing an LLC business with her husband in Houston, TX, she further honed her skills in business establishment and management.
